Leo's Friends was inspired by a simple act of kindness~helping an elderly man after a fall on New Year's Eve. What began as a single moment grew into a meaningful connection, and a realization of how much support seniors truly need.
Leo's Friends was created to help seniors continue living independently and safely in the comfort of their homes. We provide non-medical concierge services designed to support the daily routines and reduce stress for both clients and their families.
Services can include errands, appointments, light household support, companionship, and basic technology assistance.
At the heart of Leo's friends is a belief that support should feel natural, respectful and consistent. Every visit is tailored to each client's individual needs.

The Story Behind Leo's Friends
On New Year’s Eve, I met someone who would change everything.
On New Year’s Eve, I came across an elderly man who had fallen at a gas station. Determined and stubborn, he refused to call an ambulance. Instead, I stepped in—driving him to the hospital, staying by his side, and making sure he was seen quickly and received the care he needed.
After he returned home, I visited him during his recovery. What started as a simple check-in turned into something much more meaningful. He shared stories of his life—his experiences, his resilience, and the determination that carried him through nearly 93 years.
It was then that I realized something powerful: while genetics play a role in longevity, mindset, connection, and a strong will to keep moving forward do as well.
As I began thinking about the future of my own business, I shared ideas with him. His response was simple, but life-changing—he told me I should be doing for others what I had done for him.
After thoughtful research and reflection, I created Leo’s Friends—named in honour of my 92-year-old friend, Leo.
Today, I still meet with Leo regularly—sharing breakfast, exchanging stories, and updating him on the growth of the business he helped inspire.
